What types of cartridges can be refilled?
We currently refill the top HP, Canon, Lexmark and Dell cartridges. See our Cartridge and Pricing tab for details.
Why doesn't your service support my cartridge?
In order to provide the lowest price possible, we are currently limiting our service to the cartridges that represent the majority of the market. Check back again, as we add new cartridges to our supported list based on member demand.
How long does it take to refill a cartridge?
Cartridges are ready in an hour depending on the quantity dropped off and the current volume. We will give you a pick-up time based on service volume.
How much ink do I get in a refill?
We closely match or exceed the amount of ink you get in a new cartridge.
Can I refill my cartridge here even if I have already refilled it somewhere else?
As long as your cartridge is in good working order, we will refill it for you.
Is there a recommended usage date for a refilled cartridge?
The refilled cartridge should be used within 90 days of refill, and remain in the plastic clip until ready for use.
